Salted seaweeds collected just from Wando sea and keeping freshness with another different attraction from dried seaweeds has rich nutrients so they are health food good for all ages. It can be cooked in various manners and it is easy to cook because cooking method is simple.

First
take out salted seaweeds and brush salt off of them.
Second
soak them in water for one or two hours.
Third
cut them into desirable size for eating and cook them.
